Cortes Construction Services, LLC offers metal stud installation, drywall hanging, taping and finishing, demolition, carpet/tile installation, painting, and millwork carpentry. Each of our craftsmen are carpenters who work with precision and great care. They all have one goal in mind: to deliver excellent performance on every job.
Outline specifications and preliminary drawings will be prepared to match the functional and aesthetic requirements that have been established. Just as important, our estimating team will be a major part of the design process to ensure that preliminary budgets are put into place. Estimating hotel renovation costs is a function that is performed completely in house with Cortes Construction Services, LLC. We use historical information for labor production to have accurate costs estimates for self-performed tasks. We also prepare detailed quantity take-offs of all materials for our estimates.
